If you have already selected blueprints of the house you want, great! Or, you may only have ideas of things you would like in your home but no clear plan. We can narrow down plans, customize them to your liking, and have the final blueprints drawn, in-house, to make the process seamless.

History
C&M Home Builders has been building homes in the Eau Claire area for over 20 years. Serving a 50 mile radius in West Central Wisconsin, we are proud to have built homes throughout the Chippewa Valley. Locally owned, C&M Home Builders is dedicated to creating beautiful homes in the Chippewa Valley and surrounding communities.
Today C&M Home Builders employs multiple full-time construction and trim crews as well as office staff. With exemplary employees and long-standing relationships with subcontractors in the Chippewa Valley, these Eau Claire home builders provide a very efficient and cost-effective building process.
After seeing such great success building homes, C&M Home Builders decided to branch into the Eau Claire, Altoona, and Chippewa Falls real estate market. In 2011, a sister company was launched, Eau Claire real estate company C&M Real Estate. In 2019 C&M expanded again when they added Trillium Commercial Realty and Sparreaux Boutique.
The C&M team continues to work closely with each and every customer, from conceptual design to the final walkthrough, to ensure each customer's building experience is as exciting and stress-free as it should be. For most people, building a home is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and C&M is excited to be a part of it!
