When you build a home with C&M, you have numerous options for floorplans, neighborhoods, and customization. We offer home packages that allow us to keep costs down but still allows you to customize it to your family's needs.
We started building package housing with twin homes and then transitioned into smaller single-family houses. We develop the land upfront, so we're able to control a lot of the costs on each lot, and try to keep the costs down that way.
We have the realty in-house, so we try to handle more of the things during the process and keep the pricing that much lower. Plus, we're building so many houses we're able to spread it over that many more houses. You get better pricing with materials, you get better pricing with contractors, just by doing so many more houses.
